Dakota

Greetings! My name is Dakota! I am a 2.5 year old gorgeous gal. I bet you’ve never seen a Husky-Poodle before, but here I am. I have done training with my mom, Katie Scarmardo, so I can be a therapy and emotional support dog at the FJ office and help clients out when they are feeling down or talking about difficult topics. I love getting to go to work every day with my mom. I really enjoy getting to be close to people and helping them feel better. I accept all hugs and pets!

I’ve completed puppy, beginner, intermediate, and advanced training classes. I’ve also passed my Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test through the American Kennel Club (AKC). I am also trained in Agility! I love running through tunnels and jumping over barriers.

When I’m not a working pup, I enjoy playing with my dog and human siblings, running around in my backyard, and sometimes sneaking a treat off the kitchen counter (shhh don’t tell mom!).
