At our practice we have a myriad of passionate and knowledgeable behavior technicians that provided behavioral therapy. We have Behavior Technicians (BT), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
Behavior Technician implement behavior-analytic services directly under the supervision of our BCBA. Our BTs have the opportunity to grow and gain technical skills as they decide on choosing if they will take the path of becoming a RBT.
Registered Behavior Technicians are certified professionals who have gone through specific training and must pass competency assessments and a comprehensive exam. Both RBT's and BT's provide behavioral therapy.
BCBA, or Board Certified Behavioral Analysts have graduate level certification in behavior analysis and serve as supervisors for other behavior tech professionals. Our BCBA, Jessica Davis. oversees our ABA services here at FJ Psychological Services.
