Behavior Technician
We’re Hiring: Part-Time Behavior Therapist!
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Behavior Therapist to join our team and support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
Provide one-on-one therapy and teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with families and team members to support treatment goals.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation required.
Experience with autism or ABA is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Position Details:
Part-time, in-person position
Pay: $18–$23 per hour
Flexible scheduling based on client availability, Monday–Saturday
