Janelle Russo, MS, BCBA, LBA

Janelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nine years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. She earned her Master of Science in Psychology from Purdue University, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and obtained her BCBA certification in 2022. Throughout her career, Janelle has been dedicated to supporting children and their families by delivering compassionate, evidence-based services while celebrating each individual’s unique strengths and differences. She has always been passionate about helping people and is deeply committed to empowering children and families through collaboration, education, and meaningful behavioral change.

In addition to her professional work, Janelle has spent time volunteering at behavioral health hospitals, where she supported teens in both the self-harm and anxiety units. These experiences further strengthened her commitment to providing empathetic, ethical, and client-centered care across diverse behavioral health settings.


Outside of work, Janelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs. She also loves cooking and reading, hobbies that allow her to relax, stay creative, and continue learning. Janelle values building meaningful connections in all aspects of her life and brings the same compassion and dedication to the families she serves.
