Support, Connection, and Tools for Recovery
Recovery is a journey, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. At FJ Psychological Services, our Substance Recovery Group offers a supportive environment for individuals working toward recovery from substance use. Whether you are taking your first steps toward change or continuing your recovery journey, this group provides an opportunity to build skills, connect with others, and work toward your personal goals.
Our group incorporates SMART Recovery principles to help participants develop practical tools for making positive changes, strengthening motivation, and supporting long-term recovery.

Identify triggers and develop healthier responses.
Build problem-solving and emotional regulation skills.
Connect with others who understand the challenges of recovery.
