Our sessions will be peaceful, non-judgemental, and compassionate, and my hope is that you will feel safe and heard. We’ll explore where you are and where you’d like to be, and collaborate on a plan to help you get there. I will holistically use and teach you tools, techniques, and resources to support and empower you, including CBT, coping skills, and mindfulness. I will respect and welcome your culture, religion, spirituality, and orientation/identity.
I can work with individuals, couples, or families, and address stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, ADHD, grief, anger, and trauma. Whether you’re looking toheal, change, understand yourself or your relationships, relieve symptoms, adjust, orfind happiness or fulfillment, we will look at immediate and underlying challenges to helpyou achieve that. I’ll help you discover your strengths and use them to build confidenceand help with the process.
