Korinne Pfeifer, Therapist (Telehealth)
I earned my Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), currently working toward my Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). My background in forensic training informs a thoughtful, systems-aware approach to clinical work, particularly when helping clients navigate complex life experiences and environments. I work with clients of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In my clinical role, I provide therapy to individuals experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and difficulties adapting to life transitions. I am intentional about creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable speaking openly about their experiences. Clients often describe me as approachable and easy to talk to, which helps foster a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and collaboration. My approach is individualized and flexible, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals while fostering resilience and long-term growth.
In addition to direct clinical care, I have a strong interest in human resources and organizational development within mental health settings. I am passionate about helping mental health facilities operate smoothly by strengthening policies, procedures, and team systems to better support both clinicians and clients. I am the founder of The KP Collective Psychology and Consulting, an LLC designed to integrate therapeutic services with consulting work, bringing together clinical care and organizational strategy to promote ethical, effective, and sustainable mental health practices.
