Kelsey Hoffman, Therapy Intern
Kelsey is completing her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She is passionate about helping people overcome mental health struggles like anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength-based, with a certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and skillful knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is dedicated to walking with you through difficult times and providing you with support to improve your quality of life, self-esteem, and intrapersonal growth. Kelsey understands how complex it can be to experience uncertain times and provides her clients with a safe space to feel seen and heard. With special interests in multiculturalism, various identities, and women’s issues, she helps clients from all walks of life to manage the complexities that come with navigating society while struggling mentally, behaviorally, and socioeconomically. Within her therapeutic space, Kelsey will encourage you to maintain autonomy, boundaries, and empowerment to help you become rooted in self-love, growth, and healing.
