Lynn DeRose is a dual-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (ANCC), with a career dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care across the lifespan. She brings a unique blend of expertise—managing chronic medical conditions, promoting healthy aging, and supporting mental health wellness for adolescents through older adults.
Lynn’s journey in healthcare spans over two decades, with experience ranging from psychiatric clinics, nursing homes, and public health to leadership roles in nursing administration. She has worked in diverse settings, including community mental health centers, correctional facilities, and long-term care, always prioritizing patient-centered, evidence-based care. Her professional path reflects a deep commitment to empowering patients to actively participate in their own health and wellbeing.
In her psychiatric practice, Lynn is known for her compassionate listening, straightforward communication, and collaborative approach—helping individuals and families navigate diagnoses, explore treatment options, and develop plans that fit their lives. As a licensed Suboxone provider, she also brings specialized expertise in substance use treatment.
