Ashley specializes in eyelash extensions, facial waxing, eyebrow laminations, and brow tinting, providing personalized services designed to enhance each client’s natural beauty. She believes that an exceptional beauty service should be about more than the final result—it should be an experience. From creating the perfect lash look to shaping and defining brows, Ashley takes the time to understand what each client wants while helping them feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their appointment.

Her favorite part of being an esthetician is the relationships she develops with the clients who trust her with their services. Ashley loves getting to know the “beauties” who sit in her chair and creating an environment where clients can unwind, feel pampered, and leave feeling like an elevated version of themselves.

As Lead Lash Technician, Ashley also plays an important role in helping FJ Leilani maintain its commitment to quality, professionalism, personalized care, and a luxury client experience. Her attention to detail and approachable personality make her an important part of the FJ Leilani team as its aesthetic services continue to grow.

Outside of FJ Leilani, Ashley can often be found taking walks with her Chihuahua, Polly, preferably after starting her day with her favorite oat milk hazelnut shaken espresso. And if there is one beauty product she refuses to go without, it is her tinted face serum—a staple she reaches for almost every day.

Shelly Hilton serves as the Manager of FJ Leilani and is an integral member of the broader FJ team. With a background spanning medical care, clinical operations, leadership, education, and client service, Shelly brings both experience and a personal touch to the continued growth of FJ Leilani.

In her management role, Shelly focuses on ensuring that the day-to-day operations of FJ Leilani run smoothly and that every detail reflects the high standards of the practice. She works closely with the FJ leadership team and Lead Aesthetician Ashley as the practice continues to develop and introduce new services. Together, the team is committed to creating an experience that combines exceptional service with a polished, professional, and luxurious atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for.

Shelly is also an important member of FJ’s medical team. As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), she brings hands-on healthcare experience in patient care, clinical procedures, phlebotomy and laboratory processing, vital signs, administering Spravato, medical documentation, prior authorizations, patient communication, and coordination of care. Her clinical background allows her to assist the medical team while also helping bridge the operational and client-experience sides of the practice.

Before entering the medical field, Shelly built an extensive career in cosmetology, education, training, and salon operations. That background gives her a particularly valuable perspective at FJ Leilani, where healthcare, aesthetics, professionalism, and the client experience come together. She understands that excellent service is about more than the service or treatment itself.  It is also about how a person feels from the moment they walk through the door.

Shelly works to ensure that FJ Leilani continues to evolve thoughtfully, adding services while maintaining an excellent team and the quality, professionalism, and elevated experience that define the FJ standard. Whether she is supporting medical services, coordinating operations, assisting clients, or working behind the scenes to keep the practice running smoothly, Shelly is a trusted and integral part of FJ.
