As an LPC Associate, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I believe therapy should be a place where you can take a breath, slow down, feel heard, and know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to support each client’s unique needs and goals. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and other life stressors. I meet each client where they are and work alongside them to build self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their counseling journey.
