Olesea Gore, MA, LPC

Olesea Gore – (MA, LPC, Psychometrician) received her BA from the State University of Moldova, master’s degree in mental health from the Free International University of Moldova, and Masters of Arts in Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in June 2023.

Olesea has provided counseling services in a variety of different settings including communitymental health and private practice. Olesea is experienced in working with children, adolescents, and young adults surrounding difficulties with self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma experiences, ADHD symptoms.

Olesea considers herself a therapist who utilizes Person-centered Therapy, Cognitive-BehavioralTherapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based practices as needed as ways to accept realities and behaviors in life, as a way to help live in the moment, cope with stress, regulate behavior, and improve relationships.

Olesea is devoted to establishing a strong rapport with clients while recognizing counseling as a collaborative process. She believes it’s important that clients feel safe when sharing their innermost thoughts, feelings, and concerns.

Additionally, Olesea provides psychological and neuropsychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults.

Although Olesea loves her work, she also enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, anddaughter. She loves to read, bake different delicious dishes, and travel.

Olesea is fluent in Romanian and Russian languages.
